A quiet retreat in NE Portland
Located in the Glendoveer neighborhood in Northeast Portland, Glendoveer Woods is nestled in a quiet tract on NE 146th Ave between NE Glisan Street and East Burnside Street. A wide variety of restaurants, shops and services; including Glenfair Elementary, Safeway, Walgreens and numerous medical offices, are all just minutes away.
Just a couple blocks north you’ll find the beautiful Glendoveer Woods Golf Course. The golf course also features the Glendoveer Fitness Trail, a 2-mile wood-chip running and walking path that winds around the course. The trailhead can be accessed near the entrance to the golf course, and is free and open to the public year round.
Glendoveer Woods is only 10 miles from downtown Portland, with easy access to Interstate 84 via the 122nd or the 181st Street exits. Interstate 205 is a mere two and half miles away by heading west on NE Glisan. Portland International Airport is a short 8.6 mile drive, as are the shops at Cascade Station.
Exploring your city is easy
Glendoveer Woods offers easy access to mass transit. The MAX Blue Line is less than a quarter mile away on E Burnside, with a station at NE 148th. Take MAX to the Gateway Transit Center at NE 99th, and you can connect to other MAX or bus lines to go almost anywhere in Portland. Also, TriMet bus No. 25 is less than 300 feet north of the property, at the corner of NE Glisan and 146th. TriMet bus No. 20 runs along Stark, only 1/3 mile away.
